DEAR FELLOW TEDx ORGANIZERS!
The TEDxTUM team is delighted to invite you to TEDxWeekendMunich on 20-22 May 2022!
A TEDxWeekend is a weekend-long international gathering of TEDx organizers, including team members. It consists of 48 action-packed hours, from Friday evening to Sunday, with city tours and adventures, workshops, and fun social hangouts. These weekends are designed to help organizers connect with each other, celebrate the TED spirit and mission, and fall in love with the place in which they are held. Our team is also very happy to welcome special guests Caroline Burke and Will Davis from TED!
We’re incredibly excited to bring the community together for this in-person gathering in Munich, Germany. Each of our events has their own “Secret Sauce” that makes them special – let’s explore what our collective, regional and individual specialties and peculiarities are and how we can learn from each other. We can’t wait to discuss, play, exchange ideas, problem-solve and have adventures with you!
Thank you for an amazing weekend!
TEDxWeekendMunich is over, and we had a blast! With 80 TEDx organizers from 18 countries, involved in 44 TEDx events, we had workshops, discussions, city adventures and dove head first into Bavarian culture. Watch the video to see what it looked like and check out the photos. Can’t wait for the next community gathering!

We take your – and our – health and safety seriously and we will be taking measures going beyond the legal requirements to contain the spread of COVID-19. External venues such as public transportation and restaurants will follow the legal regulations which will likely be lifted over the course of April and May. We will inform you of the applicable hygiene rules and regulations approx. 2 weeks before the event. Let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
In the event that we are unable to carry out the gathering in person, we will revert to a virtual option and refund the price of your ticket (excl. fees).
Register Here (ends Sunday, 8 May or when tickets are sold out!)
We work with a pre-registration system, which means that our team will need to approve your registration after you complete it. We approve registrations on a rolling basis and you will get a response within just a few days. After approval, you have 48 hours to complete the purchase by providing your payment information. If you do not complete your purchase within that time, your ticket will be canceled and someone else can get your spot at TEDxWeekendMunich.
